The building has experienced multiple heat and hot water-related issues throughout 2024, with five emergency complaints recorded between September and December 2024, including complaints from both individual apartments and the entire building.

While some of these issues were reported as resolved upon follow-up inspections, a December 2024 complaint resulted in no access being granted for inspection.
