111 Horizon Court, a 3-story, 2-family residential building in Clason Point owned by Shivali Chopra, has experienced recurring maintenance issues since its construction in 2014. The most significant cluster of problems occurred between April and July 2022, when multiple complaints were filed regarding unsanitary conditions, including pests and mold, as well as various maintenance issues such as water leaks, electrical problems, and surface damage.

Notably, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) was unable to gain access to inspect mold and flooring issues in July 2022, leaving these concerns potentially unresolved.
