745 Commonwealth Avenue is a two-story, three-unit residential building located in Clason Point and owned by Anthony Ravenell. Built in 1920, this class A building has experienced several maintenance issues in recent years, with a significant cluster of complaints emerging in April 2022.

During this period, multiple complaints were filed with the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) regarding various maintenance issues, including problems with wall paint/plaster, window frames, cabinets, plumbing (basin/sink), smoke detectors, heating/hot water systems, and a refrigerator.
