In October 2024, violations regarding egress accessibility were reported, along with concerns about ventilation and exhaust systems, though inspections found no violations warranted in several cases. A work without a permit complaint from October 2024 was also closed without violation. Additionally, there is an active elevator-related complaint from June 2025 regarding multiple devices on the property.
