Most notably, there have been ten complaints about heat and hot water problems between November 2023 and February 2025, with three of these complaints in 2025 alone.

In spring 2024, the building faced water-related issues with violations issued for heavy water flow and a power outage. The building underwent significant maintenance scrutiny in 2024, particularly in apartment 2A, where multiple Housing Maintenance Code violations were documented, including lead paint hazards, water leak problems, and pest infestation issues, though most of these violations were subsequently closed.
