The three-story, two-family house at 1936 Watson Avenue in Unionport, owned by Md Miah, has experienced several notable maintenance issues over the past decade.

Most recently, in November 2019, there was an emergency heat and hot water complaint affecting an apartment that prompted an HPD inspection, though no violations were found and the case was closed shortly thereafter.
