This two-story, three-unit building located at 1135 Pugsley Avenue in Unionport, owned by Shake Jahangir, was constructed in 1935 and has undergone several maintenance challenges in recent years. The most significant issues occurred in 2020, when multiple complaints were filed regarding water leaks (both heavy and slow flow), plumbing problems, unsanitary conditions including mold, and various maintenance concerns including door/window issues and paint/plaster deficiencies on walls and ceilings.

While most of these complaints were investigated by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), only the ceiling paint/plaster issue resulted in violations, while others were closed due to lack of access or no violations being found.
