The two-family house at 1320 Commonwealth Avenue in Parkchester, owned by Gloria Cordero De Castro, has experienced several concerning incidents over the past few years that warrant attention. Most recently, in April 2024, there was a serious structural stability complaint about building shaking and vibrating that resulted in an OATH violation being served.
