An environmental control board situation in 2019 resulted in penalties totaling $9,375 for various violations, including work without permits and failure to maintain unobstructed exit passageways. However, the building has shown good pest control management, with no recorded bedbug infestations since 2018 and a passed rodent inspection in December 2022. While there have been multiple emergency maintenance calls and violations addressed over the years, most recent complaints have centered around the heating system, suggesting a recurring infrastructure challenge that impacts resident comfort and safety during the colder months.
