1869 Muliner Avenue is a two-family house located in the Van Nest neighborhood, built in 2004 and currently owned by Amid Baksh. Between March and June 2021, the building experienced multiple maintenance issues, with the most significant problems occurring in June 2021 when emergency complaints were filed regarding water supply and heat/hot water problems, both of which resulted in violations.
