The property has maintained a clean record regarding bedbug infestations over the past several years, with all annual reporting periods showing zero infested units. While there have been various maintenance issues requiring attention, including an emergency painting/plastering situation with the ceiling that was closed in May 2025, the ongoing electrical, pest, and structural concerns appear to be the most pressing matters currently affecting the building's habitability.
