The 52-unit, 6-story building at 1910 Pelham Parkway South, constructed in 1964 and currently owned by Parkway Owners Inc, has experienced several maintenance issues over the past few years. Most notably, in August 2024, residents reported both a water leak and a window frame issue, though HPD inspections were unable to gain access to verify these complaints.

The building had a series of documented violations in 2022 affecting apartment 2F, including problems with window frames, floors, cabinets, and plastered surfaces, with some violations remaining open as of 2023. Multiple complaints in 2022-2023 regarding flooring/stairs and general maintenance issues were filed, often with HPD inspectors unable to gain access for verification.
