This 6-unit, 3-story New Law Tenement building located at 1920 Haight Avenue in Morris Park, built in 1928 and currently owned by Niman Rugova, has experienced recurring maintenance issues over the past few years. Most notably, there have been multiple heat and hot water-related complaints, with the most recent being a building-wide heat/hot water complaint in March 2025, marking a pattern of temperature control problems.

The building has also faced plumbing issues, including a water supply complaint in December 2024, and various problems with paint/plaster on walls and ceilings, particularly in late 2024. In December 2022, there were verified violations related to heat supply and system access issues that affected Apartment 3B. Recent concerns include multiple active violations as of 2024 related to building maintenance, with particular attention required for an active Environmental Control Board violation from March 2024 regarding exterior stucco conditions and interior water damage in Apartment 1B, carrying a $6,250 penalty.
