The 14-unit, two-story residential building at 2195 Muliner Avenue in Bronxdale, owned by Jamco Realty Co., Inc., has experienced multiple significant maintenance issues over the past two years, particularly in 2024. Most notably, there have been recurring problems with water-related issues, including heavy flow water leaks reported in March and October 2024, and a building-wide heat/hot water complaint in December 2024.
