The building has experienced recurring pest-related issues over the past several years, with notable concerns about rodent infestations in July 2022 when multiple complaints were filed, and an initial inspection on July 13, 2022 resulted in failure for "Other Reasons." However, follow-up inspections in August 2022 and February 2023 did pass.
