The 50-unit, 7-story building at 3365 Cruger Avenue in Williamsbridge, owned by Vilson Lumaj, was constructed in 2018 and has experienced recurring heat and hot water issues that persist into 2025. The most recent complaint in May 2025 regarding lack of heat and hot water affected the entire building, though HPD verified restoration of service during their response. Between late 2024 and 2025, there have been multiple heat/hot water complaints (eight in total) affecting both the entire building and individual apartments.

Additional maintenance concerns have emerged in 2025, including plumbing issues (April), and problems with door and window frames (March), though inspectors were unable to gain access to conduct full inspections in these cases.
