The three-story two-family house at 3540 Corsa Avenue in Williamsbridge, owned by Koffi Diessongo and constructed in 2006, has had several notable maintenance issues, with the most significant occurring in March-April 2021. During this period, multiple complaints were filed and subsequently investigated by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), resulting in several housing maintenance code violations.

These included two separate violations for pest infestations (roaches and mice) in Apartment A, issues with paint/plaster on walls, problems with a kitchen cabinet, and multiple plumbing concerns involving bathtub/shower fixtures.
