The two-story, three-unit residential building at 4152 Bronxwood Avenue in Wakefield, owned by Nandalall Persaud, has experienced several notable events since 2021, with a particular focus on heating and pest control compliance. Most recently, the building has maintained a clean slate with respect to bedbug infestations, as evidenced by the July 2025 report showing zero infested units for the 2023-2024 period.
