This two-family house at 3817 Dyre Avenue in Edenwald, owned by Winston Wright and built in 1931, has experienced recurring maintenance issues over the past three years, with particular concerns regarding heat and sanitation. Most recently, in early 2025, there have been two heat/hot water complaints affecting the entire building, with one incident in February where HPD could not gain access to inspect the reported lack of heating or hot water. In late 2023, multiple complaints were filed regarding pest problems, for which HPD conducted inspections but found no violations.
