The two-family house at 4611 Matilda Avenue in Wakefield, owned by Janet Myers, has experienced two notable events on record since 2018. Most recently, in November 2021, there were complaints about insufficient heat or hot water in the building, which were treated as emergency situations by the Housing Maintenance Code system and reported to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
