This 2-story, 3-unit residential building at 2806 Wellman Avenue in Schuylerville, owned by Robert Magee, has experienced multiple maintenance issues over the past few years, particularly in 2022 when there was a cluster of complaints regarding unsanitary conditions. Between March and November 2022, there were several reports of mold, sewage problems, water leaks (both slow and heavy flow), and issues with garbage/recycling storage, with some of these complaints being classified as emergency situations.
