Most notably, there was a substantial cluster of heating and hot water problems in late 2024, with multiple complaints between December 2 and December 23, 2024, involving both apartment-specific and building-wide issues. These complaints, totaling ten separate incidents, indicate persistent problems with the building's heating system.

The building also faced infrastructure challenges in early 2025, with plumbing complaints emerging in January and June, though both were resolved without any violations found during inspections. The building's construction period (2021) was marked by several safety and compliance violations, particularly regarding construction site management. Between October and December 2021, multiple violations were recorded related to worker safety training, inadequate housekeeping, and improper material storage, resulting in several monetary penalties including $2,500 for flammable material storage.

More recently, as of September 2024, there is an active violation regarding the failure to file the 2023 external low-pressure inspection. The building has maintained a clean pest control record in recent years, with the most recent bedbug report (2024) showing no infestations, and previous years indicating eradication of 65 units in both 2023 and 2022. While there were some maintenance issues noted during 2024, including both electrical and structural concerns, these were addressed promptly and marked as closed violations.
