The two-family house at 73 Bridge Street in Vinegar Hill, owned by Andrew Poulos, is a 2-story building constructed in 1899. Over the past few years, there have been several notable incidents, particularly regarding food safety.

Most recently, in January 2024, the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) responded to a food poisoning complaint involving three or more individuals, though their investigation concluded that the incident was isolated and would be subject to normal sanitary inspection protocols. A previous food safety issue was documented in January 2022 concerning improper food handling practices (bare hands in contact with food), which was subsequently addressed and administratively closed in June 2024.

The building has experienced multiple construction-related complaints in late 2019, with four separate work orders filed between September and October of that year. however, inspections conducted between late September 2019 and January 2020 found no violations warranting action in relation to these complaints. Of particular note is the absence of any bedbug activity in the most recent reporting period (2021-2022), with the bedbug report filed in April 2023 indicating zero infested units and successful eradication of any previous infestations, suggesting effective pest management practices have been implemented.
