546 Atlantic Avenue in Boerum Hill is an 11-story, 41-unit residential building constructed in 2021, currently owned by Alex Bronzo. The building's construction period was marked by several significant incidents, including multiple stop work orders and safety compliance issues between February and April 2021, with specific concerns about site conditions endangering workers, construction safety compliance, and failure to maintain safety standards.

Two complaints regarding failures to maintain standards were recorded in March and June 2021, and there were concerns about sustainability compliance in June 2021, though this was subsequently determined to warrant no violation at the time of inspection in September 2022. Since construction completion, there have been three major regulatory compliance issues. Most recently, in May 2024, the building was cited for failing to file its energy benchmarking report as required by Administrative Code Section 28-309.4, though this violation was dismissed by June 2024 via a paid invoice.
