The four-story, three-unit building at 138 Atlantic Avenue in Cobble Hill, built in 1852, has recently experienced significant structural concerns. Most notably, in August 2023, there was a complaint regarding building shaking and stability issues, which resulted in an Oath violation being served the same day.

While the recent structural issues are concerning, the building's long-term bedbug-free record indicates that once the current violations are resolved, the property has generally maintained good living conditions in other aspects.
