190 Pacific Street is a three-story, three-unit old law tenement building located in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, and owned by Martin Baumrind. Built in 1899, this three-story structure has a notable history of maintenance issues that were documented during a single inspection in July 2007, when multiple violations were recorded primarily affecting the second-floor apartment (Apartment 2).
