The building has experienced recurring issues with inadequate heating and hot water supply, particularly during the summer of 2023, when there were multiple complaints (at least ten) filed between August 18 and September 5, all concerning the entire building's heat and hot water systems. These incidents resulted in violations being issued, though some complaints were eventually closed when HPD inspections confirmed either restoration of services or, in some cases, inability to gain access to apartments for inspection.

The most recent service request, from March 2025, concerned water supply issues, which were investigated but resulted in no violations being issued.
