Most concerning was a heat and hot water outage in March 2021, which affected both individual apartments and the entire building, representing an emergency situation. The building underwent multiple inspections in October 2020 that revealed various maintenance concerns, including problems with doors and windows, fire escape safety, unsanitary conditions (including mold, sewage, and pest issues), though no violations were ultimately cited.
