Most recently, in June 2025, a complaint was filed regarding unsanitary conditions in the garbage/recycling storage area, which was subsequently closed. The building has had multiple concerning incidents involving heat and hot water systems, with two emergencies reported in January 2022 (one affecting the entire building and one apartment-specific) and another emergency in February 2023 regarding the entire building's heating system.

A notable water leak incident occurred in September 2021, characterized as heavy flow and classified as an emergency. The building's elevator system has been a recurring point of concern. In 2022, two separate complaints were filed—one in April regarding multiple devices on the property and another in May concerning single device operation without alternate service—both resulting in Oath Violations.
