The most recent incident occurred in January 2025 involving heat and hot water problems, though the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) was unable to gain access to inspect the conditions. The building has a troubling history of heating system problems, with multiple complaints about heat and hot water outages recorded in 2019, 2020, and 2021, some of which resulted in violations.

Other significant issues include two power outage incidents in February 2020 (one resulting in violations), and various door/window-related problems including a broken GFCI outlet in apartment 303 (2023), door frame issues (2021), and window frame problems (2018).
