The 7-unit, 4-story, 1933 New Law tenement building at 4403 5th Avenue in Sunset Park, currently owned by Richard Gravante, has experienced several notable issues in recent years. Most recently, in April 2025, there was a heat and hot water complaint that closed without inspection access, marking a concerning pattern of heat-related issues following a similar complaint in 2023.
