Most notably, there have been multiple heat and hot water-related complaints between 2023-2025, including emergency complaints for both the entire building and individual apartments in late 2024, which were typically resolved shortly after inspection.

The building has also faced challenges with flooring conditions, as evidenced by complaints and violations in late 2024, particularly during December 2024 when violations were issued. Between March and April 2023, the building experienced slow water leaks, and in 2021, an incident of mold was documented in a third-floor apartment bathroom.
