5206 6th Avenue is a 4-story, 16-unit New Law Tenement building constructed in 1910, currently owned by Shi Fa Ho. The property has experienced recurring heating system issues throughout 2024-2025, with multiple tenant complaints about lack of heat and hot water affecting the entire building.
