The most recent records from 2025 show the building has maintained a consistent track record of bedbug-free status for at least the past three years (2022-2025), with only one infested unit reported in 2017-2018 which was subsequently eradicated. The building has faced some noteworthy violations, including a serious hot water temperature issue in February 2018 in apartment 5E, where water was recorded at 144 degrees, exceeding the legal maximum of 130 degrees.
