Most recently, in October 2024, there were problems with inadequate heat/hot water and a power outage, both of which were classified as emergency situations by the Housing Maintenance Code complaints. The building has undergone multiple inspections and investigations, including a Tenant Safety Inspection in February 2025 which found no violations, and a medical complaint regarding indoor air quality in March 2024 that received an advisory to correct the condition.

Two significant construction-related complaints were filed in January 2023 regarding work contrary to approved plans, but these violations were fully rescinded by March 2023.
