Most notably, there have been recurring issues with the building's heating and hot water systems, with multiple complaints from both 2024 and 2025 reporting inadequate heat and hot water affecting either the entire building or individual apartments.

During early 2024, numerous violations were documented concerning heat, hot water, and safety systems in Apartment A, including problems with the central heating system, hot water fixtures, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector. The building has also faced plumbing issues, with a recent steam pipe/riser complaint in May 2025 and multiple water leak reports earlier that year.
