Most notably, between November 2022 and December 2024, there were eight emergency complaints regarding building-wide heat and hot water problems, with several resulting in Housing Maintenance Code violations related to inadequate heat supply and hot water access.

The most recent complaints, in December 2024 and April 2024, indicated inspectors were unable to gain access to units for verification of the reported issues.
