Most recently, in April 2024, there were complaints about plumbing issues and pests, though inspectors were unable to gain access to investigate these concerns. The building has a documented history of heating system problems, with multiple heat and hot water complaints between 2019-2020, including an entire building outage in October 2019 and an apartment-specific issue in November 2019.
