Between October 2023 and January 2024, there were multiple heating and hot water complaints affecting the entire building, with three separate reports in January 2024 alone, though the Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) department was unable to gain access for inspections in these cases.

Additional maintenance concerns were reported during this period, including issues with window frames and ceiling plaster, all of which were marked as emergencies. A water leak complaint from October 2023 remains in progress as of this report's date. The building's compliance history reveals some noteworthy incidents, including a 2022 complaint regarding work without a permit in the occupied multiple dwelling, which resulted in an Oath violation being served.

More concerning is an active violation from April 2022 related to failure to certify correction of an immediately hazardous condition, classified as Class 1 by the Environmental Control Board (ECB). A 2023 complaint about the property being vacant, open, and unguarded was investigated in September 2023, but no violations were found at the time of inspection.
