106 Rockaway Avenue is a three-unit, three-story Old Law Tenement building located in Bedford-Stuyvesant, built in 1920 and currently owned by Jean-paul Perrault. The building's recent history shows some areas of concern, particularly regarding electrical work and safety compliance. In late 2022, there was an emergency complaint regarding electrical wiring that was resolved by February 2023, and more recently in November 2023, a violation was issued for electrical work done without proper permits, including a newly installed electrical panel in the basement/cellar level, LED lights, and wall outlets.
