11 Roosevelt Place is a three-story, three-unit Old Law Tenement building located in Bedford-Stuyvesant, constructed in 1910 and currently owned by Blue Sky Resources, Inc. The building has experienced several maintenance issues over the past few years, with particular concerns regarding heat and hot water systems.

There were two documented instances of heating problems in late 2022, with one being treated as an emergency response, though no violations were issued in either case. An appliance-related complaint regarding the electric/gas range was also filed and closed in October 2022. In 2019, there was a pest-related complaint that was investigated but resulted in no violations being issued.

The building has had some regulatory interactions regarding bedbug reporting requirements, with documented violations in 2019, 2021, 2022, and most recently in March 2023, all related to the failure to file the required annual bedbug reports. However, the most recent bedbug report filed in February 2024 for the period from November 2022 to October 2023 shows zero infested dwelling units, zero eradicated units, and zero re-infested units, suggesting successful resolution of this past issue. A separate violation from October 2019 required the removal of household items from the public hall on the second story, though this was classified as a B violation rather than an A violation under the Housing Maintenance Code.
