The three-story residential building at 329A Pulaski Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, owned by Melissa Goldberger, has experienced several maintenance issues in recent years, most notably concentrated in and around 2023-2024. In July 2023, multiple violations were documented, particularly affecting the third-floor apartment (Apt 3), including problems with a leaking roof, defective plastered surfaces, and various paint-related issues.

Several violations from this period remain open as of the most recent records, including concerns about the front entrance door, inadequate lighting in the public hall, encumbrances in the building's stairwells, and damaged fire-retardant materials in the second-story ceiling. In addition, there was a significant safety concern noted in July 2023 regarding a non-operational smoke detector in Apt 3.
