Most notably, in recent months (April 2025), there were multiple complaints regarding unsanitary conditions, including pest infestations, along with issues related to doors, cabinets, flooring, and mold. Several Building Maintenance Code violations remain open, particularly concerning apartment 4A, which has documented problems with heat and hot water supply, intercom systems, and pest infestations.
