The property has a documented history of pest control issues, with particularly persistent rodent activity being the most significant current concern. Between 2023 and 2025, there have been multiple 311 complaints and Department of Health and Mental Hygiene inspections revealing conditions attracting rodents, and eight rat activity inspections between September 2024 and July 2025, with the most recent inspection on July 18, 2025, confirming rat activity.
