Most notably, there have been recurring concerns with heat and hot water systems, with multiple emergency complaints filed between December 2022 and March 2024, including violations related to inadequate heat and hot water supply, particularly affecting Unit 2.

The building has also faced various safety and maintenance challenges, including open Housing Maintenance Code violations as of 2024 related to heating systems, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and door functionality in Unit 2.
