The 8-unit, 4-story New Law Tenement building at 486 Gates Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, owned by Joanne Stlouis, has experienced several recurring maintenance issues over the past few years. The property has received multiple permits for various work between 2019-2021, and there have been no recorded violations or complaints related to work without permits since 2021.
