The building has experienced several recurring maintenance issues in recent years, with the most significant concerns emerging in late 2024. Between September and November 2024, multiple violations were documented in Apartment 2R, including infestations of roaches (Class C violations) and missing or malfunctioning carbon monoxide detectors (Class B violations).

The property also faced safety concerns in October 2024, when violations were issued related to smoke detector issues and carbon monoxide detector problems across multiple inspection dates, though some of these complaints were closed with no violations observed.
