Additionally, there have been recurring pest-related problems, with violations issued in April 2025 and earlier cases in January 2025 and October 2023.

The building's 2023 inspection revealed multiple code violations, including issues in apartments 4B and 5C related to safety equipment (missing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors), maintenance concerns (leaky bathroom faucets, defective doors), and an infestation of mice in unit 5C.
