The 32-unit, 8-story residential building on Bedford Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, owned by Isaac Broyn and completed in 2022, has experienced several significant maintenance issues in its first few years of operation. Most recently, in January 2025, there was a building-wide heat and hot water emergency that was resolved within two days. The summer of 2024 saw multiple interconnected issues, including a water leak, mold (unsanitary condition), and wall plaster problems, with housing inspectors unable to gain access to inspect the water leak and wall issues, though mold conditions were verified as corrected.

The building's violation history shows two dismissed violations: one from May 2022 with no specific description noted, and another from January 2021 related to failure to certify correction on an immediately hazardous ECB violation, which was later downgraded. While many of these issues have been resolved, the recurring nature of heat system problems and water-related issues in particular suggest ongoing building maintenance challenges.
