The building has experienced recurring heating and hot water issues over the past three years, with seven documented complaints between 2022 and 2025, all involving the entire building.

Most recently, in March 2025, and in October 2024, complaints were filed regarding lack of heat or hot water, though in both instances, when HPD inspectors arrived, heat and hot water had reportedly been restored, or access to units was not granted for inspection.
